Description
The MMPC140C-850 is a general-purpose line laser with a wavelength of 850 nm, producing a line-shaped beam with a long axis divergence angle of up to 125˚. At a distance of 30 cm, the line width is less than 4.0 mm.
Its optical shaping lens uses Alpha Cen metalens technology, which employs metasurface technology and semiconductor lithography, made from Si material and Schott glass substrate. This revolutionary product offers a series of key advantages.
The metalens has the advantage of small size. Compared to traditional collimation and wave lens combinations, the single-chip metalens solution results in a more compact module after packaging, with a more uniform beam and higher efficiency. This not only simplifies assembly time and cost but also reduces assembly-related errors, improving overall performance.
Thanks to the use of semiconductor lithography in the metalens, the product exhibits excellent consistency.
