Product Overview #
MCPC352-808 line metalens uses advanced metasurface technology and semiconductor lithography technology to provide multiple key performance advantages based on silicon materials and Schott glass substrates.
Metasurface technology grants higher design freedom, redefines lens products, optimizes designs according to the requirements of spot distribution, and uses corresponding free-form surface design solutions. Metalens has advantages of small size, making the packaged volume of metalens and light sources more compact. Metasurface technology grants higher design freedom, redefines beam of light shaping products, makes light spots more uniform, efficient, and compact. The line metalens is realized with a single lens, eliminating the need for complex optical structures. This approach not only simplifies assembly, reducing both time and costs, but also minimizes errors introduced during assembly, thereby enhancing overall performance.
Thanks to the semiconductor lithography process, the product has excellent performance in consistency. In addition, the product has high thermal stability, and can withstand reflow soldering, which greatly facilitates further assembly.
